Your bottlenecks, your goals, your AI transformation

95% of enterprise AI pilots deliver no measurable return, because they automate generic procedures that don't match how the company actually works (MIT NANDA, 2025). NoiseMap analyzes your existing records to find your bottlenecks and build hiring and automation plans grounded in operational reality, requiring zero interviews or flowcharts.

Reads the noise

Every company's records are messy. NoiseMap measures the gaps and inconsistencies across a full year of records. How complete a process is recorded shows how ready it is for automation.

Measures the pile

NoiseMap tracks where work arrives faster than it gets closed. Each bottleneck is ranked by what clearing it is worth, so you know where to start.

Common Ground

The CFO, COO and CTO test options together in the decision tool. Each option shows its cost, savings and required hires. Your strategy discussion starts from the same evidence.

Built for AI transformation consultancies

Lead every engagement with your client's own evidence, delivered under your brand.

Scope

Price projects from the client's real records.

Win

Open the pitch with the client's bottlenecks and savings.

Prove

Rescan at 3 and 6 months to show measured results.

Your AI transformation, grounded in your records

For enterprises and startups: See what to automate, who to hire and what it saves.

Your bottlenecks

NoiseMap measures where work piles up across your teams. Each bottleneck comes with what it costs you and what clearing it is worth.

Your roadmap

Every recurring process lands in one of four groups: automate now, record first, stays with people, or needs a closer look. The roadmap shows what to automate first and where people move into new roles.

Your decisions

Set a growth target and see how many agents and how many hires get you there. Savings are calculated from your own records, with a range where records are thin.

See your noise turn into a plan

NoiseMap reads a year of records from the systems you already use. A runner inside your environment does the reading, so your raw data stays with you. We sign the agreement before any data is shared.

Now accepting design partners

We are working with a small group of consultancies and companies to shape what NoiseMap builds next. Design partners get founding prices and early access. Tell us about your work, and we'll set up a 30‑minute demo.

FAQs

Everything you need to know before your first scan.

Does our data leave our environment?

A runner installed in your environment reads the records, replaces names with codes and labels the text there. Only coded results leave, and only you hold the key. On request, an audit report translates every code back into your own case IDs.

Which systems does NoiseMap read?

Any system that records your work: ticketing, email, chat, CRM and project tools. NoiseMap reads the full past year.

Our records are messy. Is it a problem?

The mess is what NoiseMap measures. Gaps and inconsistencies show how ready each process is for automation. Where data are missing, NoiseMap gives a range or marks the process to record first.

Does NoiseMap decide what we automate?

Your leadership team decides. NoiseMap gives every executive the same figures to start from: savings, bottlenecks, hiring needs and readiness.

Can consultancies use NoiseMap under their own brand?

Yes. Consultancies license NoiseMap white‑labeled. Your client sees your brand, and you lead the engagement, separately.

How reliable are the savings figures?

Where a process is well recorded, savings are calculated. Where records are thin, NoiseMap shows a range. Firm figures and ranges always appear separately.
